Lubangking Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Platform Users

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and lubangking ("Platform", "us"). This document takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or use any part of the lubangking platform, whether through our website, mobile app, or any official channel.

Lubangking reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice for minor amendments. For major changes that materially affect user rights, we will provide at least 7 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, via registered email or an in-platform announcement.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use lubangking services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be an individual residing in or located in a jurisdiction where the use of such platforms is not prohibited by local law.
• Are not currently on any exclusion list or voluntary self-exclusion programme from any online gambling or entertainment platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have never held a lubangking account that was closed or suspended due to a breach of terms.

Lubangking reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any stage, and may suspend or close accounts that fail to meet the above requirements. Players found to have registered with false information will forfeit all account balances without compensation.

3Account Registration & Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensure that no other party uses your account without your permission.

• Keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, such as your phone number or email address.

Lubangking shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your own account. All transactions carried out through your account are considered valid unless you have reported unauthorized access to our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

The KYC process requires you to submit a valid identity document such as a MyKad or passport, and may also require recent proof of residence. Documents are processed within 1 to 3 business days and must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.

4Deposits & Payments

5Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawing winnings is the right of every lubangking player who has met all stipulated conditions. We are committed to processing every withdrawal request within 15 to 30 minutes for standard amounts, and within 24 hours for larger amounts that require additional review.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting lubangking's support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the registered bank account, subject to completed KYC and no outstanding compliance issues.

Lubangking reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Confirmed violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Official requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.

10Liability Limit

• Financial losses resulting from fair and valid game outcomes in accordance with the rules.
• Inability to access the platform due to internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

In all circumstances, lubangking's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim. lubangking makes no guarantee that the platform will be error-free or accessible without interruption at all times.
